Wazoku Launches 'Mindpool SME' Employee Insights Tool

London-based crowdsourcing, idea management and 'open innovation' platform Wazoku has launched a dashboard called Mindpool SME, to help small and medium-sized businesses listen to, understand and act on employee feedback.

Wazoku's cloud-based software Idea Spotlight allows organisations to crowdsource projects aligned to business objectives, by drawing on ideas from employees, suppliers, clients and other partners. Last year, Wazoku acquired Danish collective intelligence platform Mindpool, a research spinout that captures employee insight to improve company performance. The solution now launched as 'Mindpool SME' provides advanced data analytics and intelligent presentation of insights in real time, allowing SME users to tap into an overview of insights, predictions and suggestions provided by employees across the business.

The new tool allows real-time trend comparison, sentiment analysis, topic and theme categorisation and ranking of suggested actions 'at the touch of a button'.
