Web Survey Standard for ORC

Research agency ORC International has earned the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2000 quality certification... for its web designers.

The company's bespoke web design division, ORC e-Insight Development, met requirements for quality procedures in the design, development, deployment and support of its web-based research applications.

According to Mike Tickner, manager of ORC e-Insight Development, 'Being awarded ISO 9001:2000 is a significant achievement for the company as it has been an important element of our strategy to become leaders in the integration of research and technology.
