Ciao Adds Seven

Internet-based panels provider Ciao AG has added seven new execs to its international project management team. The new staff, mostly based in Madrid, will allow the company to continue its policy of using a dedicated project manager and account manager for each project despite a rapidly growing volume of work.

Olga Hoffmann-Kulaga, formerly at Russian market research companies IMCA & IRG, joins as Senior Project Manager based in Munich. The other six will be based in Madrid. They are: Melanie Wiles, formerly at TNS, as Senior Project Manager; Cristina Cucullo, formerly at Gfk, as Junior Project Manager; Saqib Farooki Reboredo, formerly at TNS, and James Ifill, as survey scripters; and Anders Aarstad and Marijn de Visser in panel support roles.

Gunnar Piening, MD of Ciao Survey Solutions, says the company is now conducting over 250 projects a month globally. '95% of our projects are multinational and we achieve our high level of client service by having a dedicated project manager and account manager for each project... The development and expansion of our international project management team will ensure the level of client service we already offer is maintained as we continue to grow'.
