Real-Time Insight Tool Launched

US-based insight specialist Invoke Solutions has announced an alliance with Ryan Partnership to launch Insight Exploration, a proprietary tool offering marketers a better understanding of what appeals to target audiences and why.

The tool combines qualitative and quantitative research in a single, online, real-time solution. The company claims it will stand out from traditional research tools in offering richness of qualitative data with scale and structure of quantitative research, elimination of group bias and dominant personalities in group sessions, and ongoing access to resulting insights during the research, plus speed and cost advantages.

Paula Friedman, Vice President of Ryan Research & Marketing Insights says the initial response from clients is extremely favorable. 'This research tool provides marketers, in real time, with a level of flexibility and a range of insights previously unavailable before the launch of the Invoke platform'.
