US agency ICR has announced the release of its nationally representative Hispanic telephone omnibus, HispanicEXCELsm.
Each wave of HispanicEXCELsm consists of 1,000 interviews over a two-week period, and uses bi-lingual interviewers equipped with questionnaires in Spanish or English and a sophisticated CATI program allowing toggling between the two.
ICR President Steve McFadden says the uniqueness of the survey comes from its being nationally representative: 'we do not limit ourselves to surnames or major markets'. The company's home page is at www.icrsurvey.com
