Changes at RP Cushing

February 14 2005

RP Cushing, one of the largest of the UK's specialist MR recruitment firms, has announced several changes to its team, now fifteen-strong. Sarah Penny is the new MR Team Manager and Catherine Vaughan takes over as her Deputy, following the departure of Garreth Ball.

Penny has more than 6 years' experience of recruitment and has been with the firm for more than two years. For the last twelve months she has been looking after a number of major clients as well as managing the specialist Field, DP and Ops team. Vaughan, who has five years' MR recruitment experience, will continue to head up the Information and Analysis team in additional to her new role as Deputy MR Team Manager. Ball is likely to remain in MR recruitment but his new employer is not yet known.

Consultant Amy Kirby will take a more active role in the Field, DP & Ops team, having joined from ORC six months ago. Kirby worked at MORI for five years. Associate Director Frankie Wootton-Kelly, a researcher for twelve years at companies including RI, NFO, COI and SGA, will play a more active role in key account management. Naz Tekeste, a Graduate of Accounting and Statistics at Middlesex University, joined the company in January.

RP Cushing is once again principal sponsor of the MRS Conference, and is online at www.rpcushing.co.uk . You can view the company's 215 current vacancies on MrWeb at www.mrweb.com/ukads/rpc/
