Maritz Launches Customer Feedback Tool

Maritz Research is partnering with US research technology firm Invoke Solutions to launch 'Dynamic Insights' - a tool that provides companies with quick, in-depth feedback from their customers.

The product captures feedback in a live Internet session that uses qualitative and quantitative techniques and includes visual cues and interactive dialogue. According to Maritz, a Dynamic Insight session will 'combine the adaptive questioning of a focus group with large samples for better precision and statistical reliability'. Maritz is targeting the tool at its clients in the automotive, financial, hospitality, IT, telecoms and retail sectors.

More than 300,000 people have already participated in online sessions run by Invoke Solutions, providing feedback on new products, TV ads, employee morale, and election issues. Corey Torrence, the company's Chairman and CEO, explains the benefits of the company's method: 'Businesses have long known the value of knowing what their customers think. In the last two years, they have come to realise that the faster and more accurate that information, the smarter the decisions they will make.'

According to Wally Balden, Director of Research & Development at Maritz, Dynamic Insights provides 'the power to deliver in real time the 'what' and the 'why' behind customer preferences, which will allow our clients to make timely, confident business decisions'.
