TNS Healthcare Expands US Client Services

TNS Healthcare has made a series of appointments and promotions in its North American Major Pharma Group, strengthening client service. Amongst the eleven senior moves, Paul Barnes, formerly the group's Executive VP, has been promoted to President.

Wes Michael, Linda Rigney-Trinidad and Ron Cosgrove have been promoted to Executive VP and Senior VPs respectively. Each will lead a client-focused business unit, and will serve as members of the management team of the Major Pharma Group.

Jeff Zornitzky, previously President at Performance Solutions Network, Inc, joins the group as Senior VP for Sales Performance Optimization. He will spearhead services to measure and enhance pharmaceutical sales force performance.

Ian McKinnon has been promoted to Senior VP, Decision Support, a role that will involve leading the advanced analytics and qualitative teams, as well as serving as a member of the management team. Sen Deng joins him in the Decision Support Team as a Senior Methodologist. Deng previously worked as a Senior Statistician for Strategic Marketing Corporation (SMC).

Aaron Morel and Martin Holzman are promoted to VPs, Morel leading a segmentation and positioning group and Holzman a client service group. The latter will also focus on the sales and execution of Drug Surveillance studies to help compliance with FDA guidelines. Suzanne Berg assumes the role of VP for Brand Performance Optimization initiatives, and will be responsible for providing brand evaluation and strategy consulting support.

In addition, the company has appointed Mike Kaczmarski as CFO for TNS Healthcare US. Kaczmarski has previously worked as CFO at the marketing communications group EURO RSCG and as Partner/CFO for PR agency Ketchum.
