US-based Insights Research Group has appointed Michael Rollosson, formerly President of MR and database analysts Rollosson Analytics, as VP, responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.
Rollosson is a former Professor of Economics at Rhodes College in Memphis, where his research interests focused on economic geography and quantitative analysis. He also has expertise in market segmentation research, having produced customized demographics and business geo-databases for clients. Hoffmire says Rollason will 'prove to be an invaluable asset' thanks to his knowledge and expertise in demographic research.
The company is one of three owned by founder Scott Hoffmire. Insights Research Group and its affiliate Food Insights deliver quantitative and qualitative market research, while Hoffmire's other business, Source 1 Purchasing, offers purchasing management solutions to the hospitality industry.
