Major Players Doubles MR Team

UK recruitment consultancy Major Players has appointed Sally Mair to its Market Research team, launched only this month. She will work alongside Tim Boddy, who was recently hired to establish and lead the new division.

Mair joined the Major Players graduate scheme earlier this year after completing her degree in Marketing at the University of the West of England, and working for a year at the BBC as an HR Consultant. She explains: 'I was recruited via Major Players' 'speed dating' style graduate interview system where you spend five minutes with consultants from every division to give you an insight into the whole company.'

Boddy, whose appointment was announced on DRNO (www.mrweb.com/drno/news4801.htm ), says the company offers its graduates 'constant training and the chance to build a real career'. It won the Sunday Times Best Small Company To Work For award in 2004.
