US-based Market Probe has acquired Dubai MR firm The Research Base. Current President Abu Samuel will continue to manage the firm, which will become known as Market Probe-Middle East.
The Dubai office will receive technical and research support from Market Probe's India office, and the company is looking for a regional business development manager to serve the Singapore, India and Dubai markets.
The Research Base is a full-service agency covering the Middle East region, primarily the GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates). Services include both quantitative and qualitative research, across FMCG, consumer durables, banking, courier, auto, media sectors.
Market Probe, recently ranked 42nd in the Honomichl Top 50 list of US MR Companies, specialises in customer satisfaction and loyalty research, employee research, new product development, brand health management, and custom research.
