Nunwood Wins MR Award Again

For the second year running, UK agency Nunwood has been named Market Research Agency of the Year 2005 by Marketing magazine. The Leeds-based firm, which celebrates its tenth anniversary next year, saw its turnover rise by 44% over the year.

As well as this year's huge growth, the company has also seen significant expansion of its work overseas: non-UK revenues are up 185%, and now account for almost 20% of the business.

Nunwood was also named best agency by the British Market Research Association (BMRA) in 2004, and won two honours at this year's Marketing Research Awards, organised by Marketing magazine. The two awards - for Outstanding Research and Best International Research Project - both recognised the agency's work with Visit Scotland. Other clients include Britvic and Nokia.

Clare Bruce, Nunwood's founder and CEO, says of the latest award: 'Not only is this recognition of the exceptional work we produce, but it also stands as proof that medium-sized agencies like ours can come out top in this market.'
