exëvo Achieves Quality Standard

exëvo has become the first MR outsourcing firm in India to receive the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification from the British Standards Institute (BSI).

To achieve the standard, companies must demonstrate that their products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements, and that their quality management systems work to achieve continual improvement.

Manish Modi, President and CEO of exëvo, says the certification 'demonstrates our standing as a quality-centric service provider', and that it is 'just the first step in our endeavor towards excellence'.

He adds that company's employees form 'a strong team of achievers who possess the drive to constantly surpass our clients' expectations'.

exëvo, founded in 2002, has headquarters in New York, offices in London, and delivery facilities in New Delhi, India. The certification applies to all the company's knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services, including MR, survey programming, and customer relationship management.
