New Leader for SPSS Dimensions

MR software giant SPSS has announced the appointment of Mark Nelson, formerly of outsourcing company Symphony Services, as Vice President and General Manager of its Dimensions suite of MR survey tools.

At Symphony, Nelson was responsible for the development and sales of services to the market research industry. In total, he has nearly 20 years of experience in MR and analytics, including working as President of the technology sales organization at Harte-Hanks, General Manager of Consumer Research at Ziff-Davis Market Intelligence, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PriMetrica Inc.

Earlier this week, SPSS announced the latest upgrade to its data-mining product Clementine (www.mrweb.com/drno/news5050.htm ). The company's web site is at www.spss.com
