MR Outsourcing Firm Tools Up

February 13 2006

Knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) firm exëvo, has invested more than $0.5m in new MR tools and technologies for its Delhi-based research facility. The investment covers analysis and data processing tools; in-house survey designing and programming solutions with multi-lingual capabilities; and a project management tool.

The company has licensed mrInterview, part of SPSS' Dimensions market research platform. In addition, it will use mrStudio v 3.0, and mrTranslate to execute in-house programming and design of multi-lingual web-based surveys.

It has also invested in eProject, an 'on-demand' web based platform that allows clients to monitor process performance in real time. A graphic dashboard provides health charts including milestones, gantt charts and auto escalation systems.

Manish Modi, President and CEO of exëvo, says the investment 'serves not only to strengthen our commitment to expansion of the India research facility, but also our steadfastness in providing clients with best-in-class tools, efficient real-time technology, and innovative solutions'.

exëvo was founded in 2002. It has headquarters in New York, offices in London, and delivery facilities in New Delhi, India, and is online at www.exevo.com
