Senior Appointment at TNS

TNS has appointed John Abraham as Head of Strategic Development and Marketing, with immediate effect. Reporting directly to Chief Executive, David Lowden, Abraham will lead the TNS corporate marketing team and will have overall responsibility for the company's Internet solutions division, TNS Interactive.

TNS says it will shortly follow up with the appointment of a new Innovation Director - both are geared towards its stated aim of delivering more strategic business insights to clients.

Abraham started his career in market research as one of the joint founders of the company that grew to become TNS in India. Most recently, he was a Regional Director of TNS' Asia Pacific region.

Lowden says Abraham 'brings with him a wealth of industry experience and an innovative approach to business, something I regard as being the very lifeblood of any successful company. He will also bring the entrepreneurial spirit that we need to identify, develop and build new business opportunities in the marketplace.'
