Brahm Launches Property Division

March 15 2006

UK-based marketing communications agency Brahm has launched a new division specialising in regeneration and property development marketing, at this week's MIPIM event in Cannes. Brahm's own research division will join other marketing disciplines in feeding insight to the new unit.

Brahm has developed its expertise in the property and regeneration sector working for clients like Bradford Centre Regeneration, Charles Church, The Environment Agency and the national regeneration agency English Partnerships. The launch reflects the increasingly competitive nature of the market for urban and rural regeneration and property development - towns, cities and regions are competing to redevelop in order to attract new investment, create new residential and office accommodation and attract more visitors.

The new service includes: research; public consultation; event and exhibition management; new media; advertising; branding; design; and PR. Campaigns will be co-ordinated by a designated account team with one central point of contact.

Speaking of the need for plans to 'achieve standout from competitive schemes', Malcolm Cowing, Head of Regeneration and Property Marketing at Brahm commented: 'At a local level, it is all about winning peoples hearts and minds and building long lasting relationships through transparent communications, enthusiasm and trust. We believe that Brahm is the only agency in the UK which can provide complete marketing and public consultation services through an integrated offering from one location. We have extensive experience of the sector, and as a full service agency we can call on specialists from all marketing disciplines to offer the best advice to deliver the most effective solution for our clients.'

Leeds-based Brahm has 150 employees and is online at www.brahm.com . MIPIM, hosted annually in Cannes, is a major event for members of the international property trade. The 16th such event, in 2005, attracted 17,641 participants, 4,660 end-users and investors and 2,051 exhibiting companies from 74 countries. This year's is running from March 14th to 17th - details at www.mipim.com
