Malaysia Event Launches TNS Training Push

TNS has launched a year long series of staff development initiatives with a 5 day event held recently in Malaysia, attended by nearly 250 TNS employees drawn from across the Asia Pacific, the Middle-East and Africa.

The programme represents a significant expansion of the company's long running in-house 'university', TNSU, and sees a sizeable increase in the company's expenditure on staff training and development.

The event's theme was expertise and innovation. Sessions included a combination of intensive skills training, practical application based workshops, sharing best in class case studies and the roll out of new initiatives.

Clive Little, Regional Director for Expertise & Strategic Development, claims a focus on people development and consequent added value is 'at the very core of what differentiates TNS from others in the industry.' He explains: 'The true value of market research to our clients is not in the data that we can provide, but in the quality of the TNS staff and their ability to deliver insight and implications that genuinely drive growth.'
