Customer Intelligence Appointments at ClarityBlue

Experian company ClarityBlue has announced four senior appointments for its Customer Intelligence team in the UK this week.

Marie Myles joins as Principal Customer Intelligence Consultant. She is a highly experienced marketer, having held senior marketing positions with NTL, TXU, Scottish Power and Manweb, as well as senior planning roles at WWAV Rapp Collins and Forward. In her new role, Myles will be responsible for business performance programmes designed to increase the return from clients' marketing investments.

Russell Woodward has been appointed Senior Optimisation Planner. Prior to joining ClarityBlue, Woodward spent seven years at Orange, holding a number of senior positions within its finance and marketing teams and was most recently responsible for the analytics and deployment of several post-pay revenue growth initiatives. In his new role, Woodward will work directly with clients to increase revenues and profits by optimising their marketing investment.

Joining ClarityBlue as a Senior Data Analyst, Amanda Devine will act as principal analyst for clients in the financial sector. Devine's career has seen her work for a range of client and agency side businesses, managing customer insight programmes for brands that include Ford, NTL, Bird's Eye and British Airways. In her most recent position, Devine was the Analysis and Research Manager for the Institute of Electrical Engineers and established the industry body's data analysis function.

Jim Jeffrey also joins the Customer Intelligence team as a Senior Data Analyst. Prior to his new role, Jeffrey was Head of Database Marketing for BCA where he oversaw the implementation of an SAS data warehouse, creation of acquisition, retention and profitability models, improved segmentation of clubs and delivery of reporting requirements. As a Senior Data Analyst, Jeffrey will act as principal analyst for clients in the media broadcast sector.
