Online researcher InsightExpress is to link its quantitative survey platform with the one-on-one interview tool of fellow US provider iModerate. The partnership promises 'a one stop solution for gauging both quantitative and qualitative consumer feedback'.

The agreement means InsightExpress can include iModerate's innovative IM-based platform into previously quant-only online surveys, and can offer clients the chance of qual consumer feedback during product innovation and ad development, via invitations to real-time chat sessions.
