Word of Mouth Specialists Link Up

Ed Keller, CEO of the Keller Fay Group and author of 'The Influentials', has joined the board of word-of-mouth specialist Bazaarvoice Inc.

Keller has more than 27 years of experience and expertise in marketing research and metrics. He published The Influentials, which examines 'the 10 percent of consumers who, by word of mouth recommendations, profoundly impact how and what the other 90 percent buy', in 2003. Keller Fay Group's latest results concerning brand mentions in conversation were covered in DRNO last week (www.mrweb.com/drno/news5515.htm ). In April, Bazaarvoice announced partnerships with all four of the leading web analytics firms (www.mrweb.com/drno/news5450.htm ).
