TNS Boosts US Custom Leadership

TNS has appointed two key North American managers to support new President Kimberly Till in revitalising the business. Rob Wengel joins as Executive VP, Client Services and Nancy Narraway as Corporate VP, Marketing.

Wengel will manage TNS' sector-based units, including the US account and project management teams. His 20 years' experience of sales leadership client and supplier side also includes in-depth knowledge of sales force and business transformation. He joins from Waterworks, a bath design company headquartered in Danbury, CT where he was most recently Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Operations Officer. Previously he held a number of senior VP and client service roles at IRI, and worked in sales management and marketing roles at Benckiser Consumer Products, Tambrands and Procter & Gamble.

Narraway joins from Microsoft, where she worked for 15 years, most recently as Senior Marketing Manager for the firm's Worldwide Media and Entertainment Group. Previous marketing and product management roles included coverage of the Windows 2000 Professional and Windows Server 2003 operating systems. In her new role, she will oversee the North American Custom Research marketing team and develop new marketing and communication initiatives.
