New Mumbai Leader for Synovate

Synovate has appointed Uday Kagal as head of operations in Mumbai, its largest branch office in India, with responsibility for new sector forays and revenue generation. His previous employers include (ORG) MARG, TNS Dubai and HSBC.

Kagal has 19 years' experience split evenly between client and agency side MR. He has worked for agencies including MARG (now, ACNielsen ORG MARG) and TNS Dubai as Research Director and Senior Group Account Director. On the client side, he spent time at HLL as CMI manager responsible for brand tracking and Ad-pre-testing, and at HSBC Bank as Senior VP-Customer Connect Analytics & Relationships (CCAR).

A post graduate in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Gujarat, Kagal will report to Synovate India MD, Alok Shanker.
