Lightspeed Grows BusDev Team

Lightspeed Research has boosted its North American sales team with two appointments. John Tanzola joins as Vice President, Business Development and Greg Stevens as Business Development Representative.

Tanzola brings over 20 years experience in client relationship development and media research design. He joins from Lebhar-Friedman, where he worked as the general manager of Consumer Health Promotions. He was previously Senior VP of Strategic Planning, Media and Research at Inchord Communications.

He will be based at Lightspeed Research's Basking Ridge, N.J. office, and has a Master of Arts degree in advertising and marketing from Syracuse University.

Stevens will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities in U.S. and Canadian markets. He has recently returned from Japan where he taught English. He worked previously in healthcare research bus dev at Harris Interactive, and earlier spent time at ICS Telecom and AT&T. He has a Bachelors degree in international business from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Both men will report directly into Francesco Colbertaldo, Senior Vice President of Business Development. CEO North America Karen Rabinowicz says the firm is on 'a strong growth path'.
