Synovate Promotes Oncology Specialist

Synovate Healthcare has appointed Kelly Price as Head of its Asia Pacific Tandem Oncology Monitor (APTOM) in China, Korea and Australia. The role will include the expansion of the monitor into new markets in Asia.

APTOM is part of the Global monitor, GTOM, which covers key pharmaceutical markets across Europe, the US and Asia and was extended into China, Korea and Australia in early 2006.

Price was part of the firm's successful launch of the Japan Tandem Oncology Monitor (JTOM) in 2002, and later became a Project Director for the firm in China. She will now report into Jackie Ilacqua, US-based Executive Director for the Global Tandem Oncology Monitor, who comments: 'Kelly's extensive experience and expertise in oncology – both syndicated and ad hoc – makes her ideally placed to provide a first-rate service to our current clients in Asia, whilst driving the growth of the monitor into new markets. She takes on the role from a very firm foundation created by her predecessor, who has also moved within the business.
