Sponsorship Research Deal

July 2 2007

Chicago-based integrated sports marketing and media services agency rEvolution is to work with Knowledge Networks (KN) to develop the 'next generation of sponsorship research and consulting services'.

The alliance is based around KN's proprietary sponsorship ROI model, which isolates and quantifies the additional sales generated by a sports sponsorship program.

The partners will also run a 'think tank' with the aim of developing 'new, customized sponsorship research tools specific to each client's needs'. New models currently in development include pre-selection sponsorship systems, corporate hospitality sales conversion models and sponsorship portfolio optimization systems.

John Rowady, President of rEvolution, comments, 'We need to be better, faster and more targeted to break away from what every other agency is doing. The alliance with Knowledge Networks inherently boosts the business intelligence we provide our clients. Our combined expertise will be a major differentiator in the market and our clients will be the beneficiaries.'

'Of all the firms we've worked with in the past, rEvolution has been the most focused on research as a driver of business building ideas for clients', according to KN Vice President Darren Marshall. Rowady says the alliance has 'only just begun'.

rEvolution is at www.revolutionworld.com and KN at www.knowledgenetworks.com .
