InsightExpress Promotes Three

In the US, online marketing research firm InsightExpress has expanded its Customer Services team with the promotions of Jon Weinstein to Customer Service Supervisor and Annalisa de Lena and Courtney Brown to Senior Project Managers.

Weinstein joined the firm in March 2005 and has worked as a Project Manager. In his new role, he will mentor, train and supervise the Customer Service Representatives, while managing a few select accounts. De Lena, also promoted from Project Manager, has been with InsightExpress since February 2005. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University.

Brown joined in July of 2005 as a Project Manager and is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where she received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

Division leader, Director Client Service Dave Kmetz says each of the three promotees 'has made outstanding service contributions to InsightExpress and developed strong client relationships along the way.'

In May, the firm appointed Ray McIntyre as Senior Account Executive and Barbara Shapiro as Director to its Client Services team (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6821.htm ). Last month it expanded its Analytic team with the promotion of Adam Zambuto to the post of Market Research Manager and Jean Marie McCormick to MR Analyst; while hiring Jarrod Hyman and Kapil Mohan as MR Analysts (www.mrweb.com/drno/news7249.htm ).
