In the US, contact management and speech analytics specialist SER Solutions has acquired call centre technology firm Strategic Communications Systems (SCS), rounding out its offer for customer interaction management.
Headquartered in Dulles, Virginia with operations in North America and Europe, SER delivers contact centre management and speech analytics solutions for market research, customer care, telemarketing and fundraising. Chicago-based SCS has been providing contact management solutions since the early 1990s, including ACD,IVR, predictive dialing, e-mail, recording, VoIP and other features to support multimedia contact centres.
SER President & CEO Joe Licata explained: 'Our decision to purchase SCS demonstrates our commitment to delivering differentiated contact centre software. We're looking forward to combining the two companies to expand the company's market reach, expertise and value in the contact centre industry.'
