Insight on the Board at Field Marketing Firm

Omnicom subsidiary and field marketing company CPM UK has created a Board Level position for an Insight Director, and appointed Stephen Bisset in the role.

Bisset has over 20 years of experience and will drive customer acquisition, retention and development for both CPM itself and its clients.

Most recently, he worked as a Director of London based business EHS BRANN; previously, he spent time in a variety of planning and analysis roles including Planning Director of Proximity London and as a strategic consultant for both Mercedes Benz and Kimberley-Clark.

MD Mike Hughes says that with Bisset's expertise the firm aims to provide more help to clients in defining and measuring customer experience, and in market intelligence.
