US-based b2b research consultancy FiveTwelve Group has launched a web-based suite of research tools for managing the process of conducting market and customer research and sharing the results across local or global teams.

The RADCL (Research and Decide Collaboratively) research system includes project management, library and communications functions which enable marketing, sales, R&D, and strategy executives to:

• capture qual and quant information from surveys, observations, online polls, and conversations; and then analyse the data to track historical trends
• generate a library of commercial intelligence where all historical and new research can be stored and accessed by anyone in the organisation
