Laundry Opens to Iron Out Customer Behaviour

November 27 2007

In the UK, direct marketing agency Partners Andrews Aldridge is launching a market research business to help clients uncover the insight required to change their customers' behaviour.

The new business, called Laundry, will offer a suite of research products, which the firm says will aid understanding of direct marketing processes such as customer journey analysis and programme tracking and evalution, as well as creative development. The company will be headed by Planning Partner Kate Waters and Managing Partner Edmund Smiley-Jones.

Partners Andrews Aldridge Chief Executive Phil Andrews explains the thinking behind the launch: 'Most comms research focuses on advertising and often doesn't do justice to other communications disciplines or channels. Our bespoke research products will focus on the direct channels and thus inform our clients' direct and digital marketing.'

Partners Andrews Aldridge was launched by Andrews and partner Steve Aldridge in Soho, London in 1998 and now employs 65 people. Website is www.andrewsaldridge.com.
