Millward Brown Analyst Joins Texas Ad Agency

In Austin, Texas, marcoms and ad agency GSD&M Idea City has appointed Jim Wilkerson as Senior Research Analyst in the firm's Accountability and Analytics department.

Jim WilkersonWilkerson joins with 13 years' marketing experience, having spent the previous seven as Account Group Director at Millward Brown. Prior to this, he spent six years managing brand health and customer loyalty research projects at Message Factors. After he completed his bachelor's degree in International Studies and Political Science at Rhodes College, he began his research career as Telephone Operations Supervisor at PWI Research.

In the newly created role, Wilkerson will be responsible for quantitative research, design and consulting, including INVOLVE studies - the firm's proprietary research process that tracks consumers through the buying process.

Director of Accountability and Analytics Maury Giles commented: 'Jim will elevate Idea City's market research capabilities greatly, allowing us to focus on smart message design and delivery for each client.'
