US Internet survey sample provider Sample Czar has launched a new product to offer survey translation in more than 50 languages.
Translation Czar can be used to translate Internet-based surveys in all sectors including consumer, B2B, technology and medical. It also offers a secure online knowledge centre where clients can upload and store files to be translated.
Sample Czar owner Doug Lowell outlined why the company has diversified: 'For years we offered translation only for projects for which we delivered sample. Last year, however, we started offering translation for projects that we were not delivering sample on, and our translation business exploded.'
The firm has panels offering access to more than five million US respondents and another five million global respondents. A home page specifically for the new service is at www.translationczar.com.
