RewardStream Hires Loyalty Tech Specialist

In Canada, loyalty marketing technology firm RewardStream has appointed Jim Kuschill as VP of Market Development.

He joins from Alliance Data subsidiary, Frequency Marketing, where as Chief Technology Officer he was responsible for overseeing all technology initiatives including new application development and systems support. Prior to this, he was an independent consultant evaluating loyalty technology platforms against business requirements. In the past, Kuschill has helped design loyalty marketing programmes for companies such as General Electric, American Express, General Motors and Prudential Insurance.

In his new position, he reports to CEO Peter Oxley who commented: 'Jim is a thought leader in loyalty marketing technology and customer loyalty best practices. In his role as an industry consultant, he was well versed in the capabilities of our own powerful loyalty technology platform, as well as those of our competitors, and his decision to join our firm is a credit not only to the strength of the team, but to the competitive advantages of that technology.'

Based in Vancouver, RewardStream's Lifecycle Marketing Platform aggregates data collected from CRM, POS and other customer data sources, to help marketers build their own loyalty programmes.
