Boston-based marketing business intelligence (MBI) firm Visual IQ, has opened an office in Kochi, India with a new 24/7 client services centre to support its growing number of European clients and multiple time zones.
The firm, which was until last month known as Connexion.a, provides a visual environment for viewing and manipulating consumer behaviour data. Through its IQ Platform, marketers are able to access a 360 degree view of marketing campaign results to help them analyse media spending performance and find customer insights across online, offline and mobile marketing channels.
Founder, President and CTO Anto Chittilappilly explained that this platform offers organisations a consolidated view of how various marketing channels influence consumer behaviour by measuring the influence of each ad exposure against a single consumer and their purchasing decisions.
There are around 30 employees in the new office, and Chittilappilly says the firm is already planning to treble office space and staff there in the next 12 months. The company is online at www.visualiq.com.
