Gravic Upgrades Self-Serve Survey Tool

In the US, data collection solution firm Gravic has launched the latest version of its web-based data collection and analysis software, Remark Web Survey 4.

The firm says the upgrade offers 'powerful new features' that enable anyone to design and publish their own online forms. These include:

  • An email center for sending survey invitations and reminders
  • Answer piping to show data entered by the respondent in future questions and labels
  • The ability to provide additional information with popup info pages
  • The ability to control the number of respondents with respondent capping
  • Randomization of answer choices
  • Live respondent statistics, and
  • Enhanced online form design.
It also includes Remark Quick Stats, an analysis component that tabulates surveys, grades tests, and generates reports and graphs. In addition, the new analysis module offers the option to report on groups of questions and to compare results against benchmark values.
