'Channelytics' Provider Acquired

UBM subsidiary Everything Channel, based in Framingham, Mass., USA, has acquired Next Level, a provider of multichannel marketing, sales and analytical services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Everything Channel, which was formerly known as CMP Channel, says the buy advances its commitment to providing a 'Complete Channel Solution', adding channel marketing, account recruitment and the Channelytics analytics service to its portfolio of media and events services.

Channelytics collects and combines sales, deal registration and other key partner and customer attribute data, then analyses it and makes recommendations for sales and marketing functions, using dynamic visual output but also allowing clients to drill down further into data as required. The product, normally delivered as an ongoing 'managed service' on a quarterly or monthly basis, provides insights in areas including revenue distribution; channel coverage; customer prioritization; trending - tracking performance and loyalty indicators for different types of customers and partners; predictive modeling; program maximization and measurement.
