Firms Partner to Offer Enhanced Campaign Tools

US data management firm I-Centrix has partnered with UK marketing software firm smartFOCUS to offer clients access to advanced campaign management, analysis and reporting capabilities.

smartFOCUS's solutions integrate off-line and online data, analysis, campaign and performance management to deliver communications which it claims increase campaign conversion rates and improve customer insight.

I-Centrix says that integrating the smartFOCUS tools will enhance both its I-Value Reporting Suite, a data analysis toolkit that identifies customer lifetime value, and its I-Dentify, technology which links sales to marketing activity.

I-Centrix CEO Robert Gaito says the new partnership 'offers our clients the very best resources to help them create and sustain profitable customer relationships.'
