Inquisite Enhances Analytics and Report Building

August 7 2008

Online survey company Inquisite has unveiled the latest version of its Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) software, which features a new interactive analytics engine and report builder to provide feedback on customer and employee opinions and motivations.

The firm says its Inquisite Survey Software 9.0 offers survey administrators greater control over the depth and breadth of data analysis. It also provides the ability to customize reports relevant to their business objectives, as opposed to the standard reports available in most survey products.

In addition, Version 9's reporting enhancements enable administrators to combine report filtering with the creation of customized views, thereby delivering 'immediate analyzable results' to data users at all levels of the organization.

New features include:

  • the ability to present data in role-based, custom views
  • both quant and qual data with automatic tabulation of both pre-coded and uncategorized responses, plus scoring and aggregate numeric statistics
  • customizable charting by question, distilling tables into concise visual summaries
  • interactive segmentation with flexible answer grouping in frequency and multi-banner cross-tabulations
  • the ability to manipulate and filter data through mouse-driven drill-down and 'drag and drop'.
The new release will be available in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) version on August 16, while the installed version will be available from September 2.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Inquisite is online at www.inquisite.com .
