GlobalNR adds 7 to Partnership Network

August 8 2008

GlobalNR, a multi-country consortium of independent research agencies, has extended its reach across 21 countries with the addition of seven new members to its network.

Founded in 1989 as EuroNet, the organisation rebranded as GlobalNR in 2006 to reflect its expanding geographical coverage, particularly in the Far East. Partners provide quant and qual b2b and consumer research, with a shared commitment to quality. They work together on global projects, exchanging and sharing experience and responsibility.

Speaking on behalf of the GlobalNR Board, Pieter Paul Verheggen of Dutch GlobalNR partner Motivaction, explained the purpose behind the syndicate: 'The globalisation of market research requires very experienced researchers with outstanding reputations within their country. This is precisely the service our network provides.'

New members include:

  • China - Hyperlink Research
  • Norway - Opinion AS
  • Mexico - MORE - Market & Opinion Research
  • Japan - Research & Development
  • Vietnam - FTA Research & Consultant
  • Italy - Demoskopea
  • Spain - Analisis e Investigacion.
Paul Summers, MD of UK member JRA Research, outlined the benefits of being a partner: 'Being part of an international network means that we can offer local experience and know-how across a truly global network, providing a superior service for clients who wish to conduct research overseas.'
