RXP Swallowed by Panther

In the UK, contact centre consultancy RXPerience (RXP) has become part of data-centric marketing services company, The Panther Group.

Paul WealdSlough-headquartered RXP was founded in 2003 by MD Paul Weald, who previously held contact centre consultancy roles in Ernst & Young's Customer Connections practice. His firm helps clients set up new contact centres, optimise the performance of existing ones, or implement outsourcing.

As part of The Panther Group, Weald says that RXP will develop and implement enhanced new products and services as required by the group's clients: 'The decision to join The Panther Group allows me to develop plans to significantly grow our successful RXP consulting brand, and to work on exciting larger scale projects - both in the UK and internationally.'

RXP joins contact centre outsourcing firms SpokenFor and Supporter Insight, both of which were added to The Panther Group in the past six months.
