Changes at the Top for MarketTools

Online on-demand research specialist MarketTools has named Scott Arnold President & CEO, while Amal Johnson has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Arnold joined MarketTools as COO last summer with extensive experience in both technology and service industries. Previous roles included Principal at McKinsey & Company and COO of Borland Software.

Johnson has served as CEO since July 2005, during which time she was responsible for more than doubling overall revenue. She brings more than 20 years of executive management experience with technology and services companies to bear in her new leadership position. Johnson also serves on the Boards of Mellanox Technologies and OpSource.

'As we enter our next growth phase, my goal is to ensure that MarketTools continues to bring innovations to market that support a premier and growing portfolio of technology-based insight brands,' stated Arnold.

Earlier in the year, MarketTools acquired Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) firm CustomerSat.
