Lumifi Tool Sifts Info Overload

In the US, software firm Lumifi has introduced a new end-to-end research platform designed to sift through and manage the information available both online and on the desktop.

Lumifi Emergence is a research and collaboration tool which aims to provide a means to dig into archives, databases and other content. It can be used to build relationships with other researchers and capture user analytics that can form the basis of future business or strategic decisions.

Features include functionality to:

• Unearth deep content within web search results
• Analyze key topics and themes within documents
• Create shareable 'virtual notebooks' to organize research
• Annotate research to put information into context
• Create a citable archive of research
• Collaborate with others on papers and projects.
