Kiosk Survey Tool Upgraded

Opinionmeter International has upgraded its SurveyManager application, which designs surveys and processes online customer feedback collected via kiosks and other 'point of experience' media. The tool now allows the inclusion of multimedia content in questions and responses.

The firm's touch screen survey devices, built on a Windows platform, collect real-time point-of-experience survey data from customers and transmit it via the Internet to SurveyManager, which sets up, manages and analyses the research.

New options, available on TouchPoint kiosk, Tablet and Handheld models, include video, sound and image content; clients can also run multimedia presentations and digital signage on their touch screen Opinionmeters during idle time between surveys.
