Opinionmeter and Elo to Capture In-Store Feedback

In the US, survey and user feedback systems provider Opinionmeter has partnered with Elo TouchSystems to offer a platform to capture real-time in-store customer feedback.

A TouchPoint Survey KioskOpinionmeter will combine its web-enabled 'point-of-experience' survey tools with Elo's touchcomputer and touchmonitor devices to deliver customer satisfaction feedback surveys.

The devices, which can be used as tabletop, wall-mounted and kiosk solutions, have many practical features including ports that are hidden from public view, adjustable-height stands and lockable controls to prevent unit tampering.

They will be combined with Opinionmeter's SurveyManager application, which allows customers to develop surveys, and remotely monitor and manage all related activity.
