MRJunction Launches Remote CATI Service

April 6 2009

Start-up agency MRJunction has launched a new method to supply survey data which has been collected locally by home-based, native language speakers around the world.

The firm has developed a CATI model, which it calls gLL or gLobaLocalisation, for agents and supervisors working independently, remotely and worldwide.

Using the new system, self-employed interviewers, supervisors and project managers - known as PowerMinds - are able to conduct, monitor or supervise phone surveys from home using a computer and high-speed Internet connection.

The firm says that this service provides its clients with locally-collected data without 'multiple layers of outsourcing'.

'Call-centres are closing at an unprecedented pace and companies need to cut costs overall,' explained Founder Birju Jani. 'The new service offers a classic win-win model all around; and with up to 100% monitoring and a zero tolerance policy, quality remains truly assured.'

Jani was formerly Managing Director of Global Markets, at MR solutions provider CfMC Research Software. Prior to this, he worked for Bank of Montreal where he helped found and grow its National Customer Service Survey Centre.

His new firm has offices in New York and Mumbai and is online at www.mrjunction.com .
