UK Web Analytics Firm Opens in Oz

UK-based web analytics provider Site Intelligence has opened an office in Sydney, Australia to enable local organisations to use its business intelligence across both online and offline data.

David SmithSite Intelligence offers behavioural analysis and reporting solutions to provide businesses with a 360 degree view of their customers. Its range of services includes the Visitor Behaviour Information System (VBISTM), which promises to transform business data into adaptable and actionable information. The scope and scalability of VBIS makes it more appropriate for organizations with large transactional web sites or sites with high volumes of traffic.

Director David Smith, who set up Sydney office, comments: 'There is huge potential for business in Australia to improve online performance as well as multichannel activity. We saw this as a real opportunity for Site Intelligence and have had a fantastic initial response from an array of business sectors.' Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia (RACWA) has already signed to work with Site Intelligence.
