US web site analytics provider SeeWhy has secured $4.5m in new funding and appointed Scott Silk as Chief Executive Officer. The firm has also opened a new SaaS delivery center in Edinburgh, Scotland and launched a free Abandonment Tracker service.

Scott SilkSeeWhy fuses real-time web analytics with automated marketing activities.
