Gongos Enhances iĘCommunities Suite

US consultancy Gongos Research has upgraded its 2.0 platform to create an interactive environment for consumers, while offering clients greater versatility when fielding questions and analyzing response.

The new i°Communities 2009 solution joins the firm's existing i°Communities and metaCommunity research environments.

Features include a qualitative reader and data plan to offer clients a 24/7 ability to filter qual and quant data within the platform itself. The suite includes the new i°Communities Lite platform, designed to enable companies to manage and moderate the community process within their own organization.

Gongos currently manages 12 communities to aid the development and enhancement of products and services, as well as analyze shopping behaviors and attitudes about green technologies.

'Our 2009 platform offers even more ways for companies to engage in research communities, while maximizing their research budgets,' stated President and CEO John Gongos.

Earlier in the year, the firm launched Consumer Village, to cultivate relationships with consumers who are eager to share their ideas and opinions.
