Effective Measure Expands to South East Asia

Digital audience metrics company Effective Measure has expanded into South East Asia with the opening of a hub in Bangkok, where it has appointed digital media specialist Russell Conrad to lead the business.

Russell ConradThe firm was founded in 2007 in Melbourne, Australia, and recently secured a $4m investment, earmarked for the rollout of its services. Its solution uses proprietary technology to overcome issues with cookie deletion and unique visitor audience calculation, providing what the firm claims is cost effective and highly accurate data.

In addition, the company offers advanced reporting features, which can be analysed by market and category specific search engine keywords and phrases.

Conrad will lead the Bangkok business as Regional Director SE Asia. Most recently, he worked as Regional MD of Southeast Asian online ad network Admax Network, prior to which, he was MD at New Media Co in Thailand and Vietnam.

Effective Measure currently has operations in Melbourne, Sydney, New York, London, Singapore and Dubai, and says it plans to open an office in Singapore next, followed by another four offices in other SE Asian markets.
